Melissa Leo, AnnaSophia Robb and Brad William Henke will star in the indie drama “The Space Between” says the trades.
Travis Fine (“Girl interrupted,” “The Thin Red Line”) penned and is directing the story of Montine (Leo), a flight attendant grounded in Texas with an unaccompanied Arab-American boy on the morning of September 11, 2001. They desperately head east when she discovers his father works at the World Trade Center.
Newcomer Anthony Keyvan plays the 10-year old Arab-American boy. Shooting kicks off this Wednesday in Los Angeles, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
