Michelle Williams, Ewan McGregor and Matthew Macfadyen will star in Sharon Maguire’s “Incendiary” $10 million contemporary drama about the emotional aftermath of a suicide bombing in London.
Adapted from Chris Cleave’s novel, the story follows a woman whose life is torn apart when her husband and infant son are killed in a suicide bombing at a soccer match. Making matters worse is that she was having an affair at the time.
Williams plays the woman and McGregor the journalist with whom she was having an affair. Macfadyen plays her husband’s boss, a senior anti-terrorist police officer who becomes a rival according to Cinematical.
Filming begins March 26th.
