With Scott Derrickson’s “Marvel’s Doctor Strange” movie slated to begin shooting later this Fall, one lingering question about the project may have been answered today.
Latino Review reports that Rachel McAdams’ female lead role, which has previously been unspecified, will be that of the ‘Night Nurse’ character from the comics. In fact they’re also suggesting that McAdams is playing the Christine Palmer version of the character rather than the more popular Linda Carter version.
That’s different from previous speculation which was that she had taken the role of Clea, a love interest of Strange. Benedict Cumberbatch, Tilda Swinton and Chiwetel Ejiofor also star in the film which is due for release late 2016.
