Max Landis Accused Of Sexual Assault Abuse

Max Landis, son of director John Landis and screenwriter in his own right with the likes of “Chronicle,” “Bright’ and “Victor Frankenstein,” has been accused of abuse and sexual assault by at least eight separate women reports The Daily Beast.

The very detailed report includes the various women coming forward with allegations of rape, physical abuse, humiliation, and various other troubling situations.

Each person offers plenty of detail about several instances where the screenwriter abused his power to sexually assault them. The events in the allegations stretch from Landis’ college years through to one of his most recent girlfriends.

One of his anonymous victims says; “Max Landis is a serial rapist, gaslighter, physical and psychological abuser who tormented me for six years, long after our romantic relationship, both directly and behind my back.”

Landis has sold multiple scripts over the years and has two projects in development – “Deeper” with Idris Elba attached, and “Shadow in the Cloud” with Chloe Grace Moretz attached. The latter project has already distanced itself thoroughly from the writer.
