We’re still a few months out from the June 4th premiere of the third season of NBC’s “Hannibal”. Series creator Bryan Fuller is aware that the waiting is hard for fans of the show, and so has dropped a few nuggets of information regarding the upcoming season through his Twitter account.
Amongst the garnered facts are that the season premiere takes place over four different periods of time. Also “Cube” and “Splice” director Vincenzo Natali will helm the first three episodes which all have Italian cuisine titles – Antipasto, Primavera, Secondo.
But the most exciting news? Neil Marshall is set to helm the eighth episode of the season which will be entitled “The Grand Red Dragon”. “The Descent” director has become one of the most in demand TV director working these days and has helmed two episodes each of “Game of Thrones,” “Black Sails” and “Constantine”.
