Oscar winner Rami Malek (“Bohemian Rhapsody”) is in talks to star with Denzel Washington in “Little Things” for Warner Bros. Pictures.
Malek would play an astute young detective who teams with a veteran deputy sheriff on the hunt for a serial killer. Said sheriff has a nose for the ‘little things’ that are helpful in putting clues together, but he’s got baggage and a willingness to cut corners that bristles with his younger partners.
John Lee Hancock is directing from his own script while Mark Johnson is producing. Shooting begins early September. Malek is currently playing the villain in the upcoming Cary Fukunaga-directed next James Bond film.
