Kyle MacLachlan, Linda Cardellini, Matt Dillon and Kathrine Narducci will join Tom Hardy in the Josh Trank-directed Al Capone movie “Fonzo”.
Hardy plays a 47-year-old Capone who has been in prison for nearly a decade. As dementia rots his mind, his past becomes present as harrowing memories of his violent and brutal origins melt into his waking life.
Cardellini will play Capone’s wife Mae, Dillon will play his best friend Johnny, MacLachlan will play mob doctor Karlock and Narducci will play Capone’s sister Rosie. Lawrence Bender, Russell Ackerman and John Schoenfelder will produce and filming begins in April in New Orleans.
