Lucas, Ford To Go Sci-Fi In “SFv1”

Aussie actors Isabel Lucas (“Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen”) and Luke Ford (“The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor”) have joined the cast of the sci-fi thriller “SFv1”.

Set in the future when humanity has spread out into interplanetary colonies, Kellan Lutz plays a drifter who falls in with an off-world military contractor (Daniel MacPherson) trying to rescue his daughter (Teagan Croft) from peril while evading a global crisis caused by the military contracting company he works for.

Lucas and Ford will play the roles of Gyp and Bill respectively. The film is currently shooting in both Sydney and the Australian Outback. Temuera Morrison, Bren Foster, Rachel Griffiths, Firass Dirani, Dwaine Stevenson and Grace Huang also star.

Matthew Graham, Brett Thornquest, Sidonie Abbene and Shane Abbess are producers. Abbess directs from his own screenplay
