Lindsay Lohan has joined the cast of the second season of British comedy series “Sick Note” starring Rupert Grint (“Harry Potter”), Nick Frost (“Hot Fuzz”), and Don Johnson (“Miami Vice”).
Grint plays Daniel Glass, a down-on-his-luck insurance rep misdiagnosed with a terminal illness who decides to keep the misdiagnosis from his family and friends.
Lohan will play Katerina West, the daughter of Glass’ boss (Johnson) in the second season. Nat Saunders and James Serafinowicz pen the series which David Walliams and Miranda Hart’s U.K. production company King Bert produces.
The first season doesn’t premiere until this Fall when it will hit UK pay cabler Sky, while the second season is currently in production for a 2018 premiere.
