Chevrolet and students fro Detroit’s Cody Rouge community, A World in Motion and FIRST LEGO League, have unveiled a life-size LEGO Batmobile at the North American International Auto Show.
The car comes in at 17-feet long, 6.9 feet high, weighs 1,700 pounds, and consists of 344,187 LEGO bricks – taking 222 hours to design and 1,833 hours to build.
It features exclusive stud shooters, the LEGO Batmobile is inspirted by Batman’s Speedwagon featured in “The LEGO Batman Movie” opening in cinemas on February 10th.
The LEGO Batmobile from Chevrolet will also appear in the next variation of Chevrolet’s “Real People, Not Actors” campaign.
