FX has announced a July 10th premiere date for the third season of its John Singleton-created crime drama “Snowfall”. The new season will pick up in the summer of 1984 as the crack epidemic makes its way across South Central Los Angeles and we see the effects on both the dealers and the users.
They’ve also set a June 24th premiere date for the final season of the acclaimed Marvel surrealistic psychological thriller “Legion” with this final batch of episodes being the end of the story for David Haller (Dan Stevens) who finally meets his father, X-Men founder Charles Xavier (Harry Lloyd).
There’s also a June 13th premiere date set for the fourth season of the Zach Galifianakis-led dramedy “Baskets”. This opens its fourth season with Chip deciding it’s finally time to move out of his mother’s place, although he finds it harder than it seems.
“Child’s Play” franchise creator Don Mancini has confirmed that “Chucky,” the upcoming TV series continuation of the previous “Child’s Play” film continuity, will make its debut in 2020 exclusively on SYFY. The series will be set right after the events of 2017’s “Cult of Chucky” with Brad Dourif set to return as the voice of the iconic titular killer doll.
Finally, Netflix has announced it will bring the Belgian crime drama “Undercover” to audiences around the globe and have set a release date of this Friday, May 3rd, for the ten-part crime series about two undercover agents who prepare themselves to befriend a gangster and his entourage, seduce him to set up a deal and ultimately wind up his network.
