Real life couple John Krasinski and Emily Blunt will co-star in their first feature film together – the supernatural thriller “A Quiet Place” which Krasinksi is set to rewrite and direct for Paramount Pictures and Platinum Dunes.
The project marks Krasinksi’s third directorial effort following “The Hollars” and “Brief Interviews With Hideous Men”, his first for a major studio, and the first time he’s starred opposite his wife Blunt.
Michael Bay will produce along with his partners Andrew Form and Brad Fuller of Platinum Dunes. Scott Beck and Bryan Woods penned the earlier draft.
Specifics of the plot are under wraps, and filming kicks off in the Fall.
