Kevin Kline, Greta Gerwig (“Greenberg”), Ophelia Lovibond (“Nowhere Boy”) and Ben Lawson (TV’s “The Deep End”) have all joined the cast of Ivan Reitman’s new untitled comedy for Paramount Pictures says Variety.
Previously titled “Fuckbuddies” and later “Friends with Benefits”, Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher star as two long-term friends who try to find out if they can have a sexual relationship without falling in love.
Gerwig’s role will be Portman’s brainy best friend. No word on whom the other actors will be playing. Elizabeth Meriwether penned the script.
Reitman is directing and will produce alongside Jeffrey Clifford and Joe Medjuck. A January 7th 2011 release is planned.
