Production on both the solo “Wonder Woman” film and “Justice League Part One” are both being lined up shortly.
Speaking with Collider, producer Charles Roven confirmed that production on “Wonder Woman” begins later this month with filming to take place in the UK and Italy. That film will be immeditely followed by “Justice League: Part One” which will kick off in the first half of next year:
“We’re making most of Wonder Woman [in the U.K.] and we’re also making most of Justice League there, JL One… We’re definitely gonna be shooting Part One in the first or second quarter of next year.”
Patty Jenkins directs the “Wonder Woman” with Gal Gadot reprising her role as the Amazonian warrior opposite Chris Pine and Nicole Kidman. Both Sean Bean and Eva Green have also been rumored for that project which opens June 23rd 2017.
Zack Snyder helms “Justice League: Part One” which is slated to open November 10th 2017.
