Jurassic World Set For Superbowl Spot

Following that superb teaser trailer in November, ABC News reports that Universal’s “Jurassic World” has become the first film confirmed to be airing a commercial during the Superbowl this year.

Advertisers are expected to pay a whopping $4.5 million for a 30-second TV spot during Super Bowl XLIX, up 12.5% from last year, which means movie advertisements will probably be fewer this year or more restricted to pre or post-shows.

Carnival Cruises, Skittles, Coca-Cola, McDonalds, Pepsi, Snickers, Doritos and GoDaddy.com are currently on the list of advertisers for the big game. The Superbowl goes to air Sunday, February 1st on NBC.
