Production on the “Jurassic World” sequel is officially underway with today marking the first day of filming. Actress Bryce Dallas Howard confirmed the news in a tweet with a photo from the set in Slough, England.
Universal has yet to release any official plot details for the film, though numerous hints recently have suggested the park has been closed down and now the public is dealing with the use of dinosaurs in more everyday practical and military applications.
Other cast members include Chris Pratt, B.D. Wong, Toby Jones, Rafe Spall, Daniella Pineda, James Cromwell and Ted Levine. Trevorrow directs from a script by Colin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly with a June 22nd 2018 release planned.
