Tony nominated actor Josh Gad (“The Book of Mormon,” “Love and Other Drugs,” “21”) has joined the ensemble cast of Stuart Blumberg’s sex addiction dramedy “Thanks for Sharing” at Class 5 Films and Olympus Pictures reports Variety.
Gad will play Neil, an unrestrained sex addict with a strong appetite who cheats his way through recovery programs.
Mark Ruffalo’s character becomes his sponsor and helps straighten him out. Gwyneth Paltrow, Tim Robbins and Joely Richardson also star.
Blumberg makes his directorial debut on the film which he co-wrote with Matt Winston. Shooting begins later this month in New York City.
