Jordan, Coogler Re-Team On “Black Panther”

Michael B. Jordan is in talks to re-team with his “Creed” and “Fruitvale Station” director Ryan Coogler on the “Black Panther” film at Marvel Studios.

Chadwick Boseman reprises his “Captain America: Civil War” role of T’Challa, the prince of the African nation of Wakanda, who must take over the mantel after his father’s murder.

Jordan’s role is unknown at this time but he’ll join Lupita Nyong’o who is also currently in negotiations to board the film as Black Panther’s love interest.

Coogler helms the film from a script he is co-writing with Joe Robert Cole. The film will open February 16th 2018.
