Rashida Jones (“I Love You, Man”) and Corey Stoll (“Midnight in Paris”) have joined the cast of Steven Bernstein’s indie dramedy “Decoding Annie Parker” for Media House Capital Corp. and Ozymandias Productions says The Hollywood Reporter.
Based on a true story, the film follows geneticist Mary Claire King (Helen Hunt) who discovered a gene linked to breast cancer. Samantha Morton plays Annie Parker, a woman who resolves to fight her cancer diagnosis.
Aaron Paul and Maggie Grace also star while Clark Peterson, Stuart Ross, Keith Kjarval, Mary Vernieu and Ron Senkowski are producing. Shooting is currently underway in Los Angeles.
