Emilia Jones and Connor Jessup have been respectively cast as Kinsey and Tyler Locke in the upcoming Netflix series adaptation of Joe Hill’s acclaimed IDW Publishing comic title “Locke and Key”.
The streaming giant picked up the project for a ten-episode order after Hulu passed. Everything from that version has been scrapped bar actor Jackson Robert Scott who will retain the role of the other sibling Bode Locke.
The series revolves around three siblings who, after the gruesome murder of their father, move to their ancestral home in Massachusetts only to find the house has magical keys that give them a vast array of powers and abilities. Little do they know, a devious demon also wants the keys, and will stop at nothing to attain them.
Carlton Cuse and Meredith Averill serve as showrunners while Aron Eli Coleite will also produce.
