Joe Carnahan (“The Grey,” “The A-Team”) is closing a deal to pen the script and direct the comic adaptation “Undying Love” at Warner Bros. Pictures.
The story revolves around an ex-soldier who falls for a vampire, though in order to be with her, he must take on her creator. That creator is protected by an army of mobsters in the Hong Kong underworld.
Tomm Coker and Daniel Freedman penned the first script draft, while Michael De Luca, Stephen L’Heureux and Benderspink are producing.
Carnahan replaces the previously attached Alexandre Aja.
