Is Quicksilver Back In “X-Men: Apocalypse”?

Pre-production continues to ramp up for “X-Men: Apocalypse” ahead of the film’s shoot in April, and Singer has posted yet another photo today – this time showing himself inspecting a sketch in which Cerebro comes into play. It looks like the machine’s helmet scores a redesign for this outing.

Meanwhile, “X-Men: Days of Future Past” scene-stealer Quicksilver (Evan Peters) may be coming back for the next film. Speaking with I Am Rogue, he was asked if he would be returning. He says: “I think so, yes. I assume it as well, but I don’t know what I’m supposed to say and not supposed to say. I haven’t seen a script.”

“X-Men: Apocalypse” co-writer Simon Kinberg essentially half-confirmed Quicksilver’s return last year. The film itself opens in cinemas on May 27th 2016.
