Is A “Neighbors” Sequel Incoming?

Coming off the $220 million worldwide gross thus far for their hit R-rated comedy “Neighbors,” the film’s writers Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg appeared at the Produced by Conference which took place in Los Angeles this weekend.

The pair confirmed that although they have taken meetings to discuss the sequel to “Neighbors,” they still aren’t sure if they will move forward with it.

In the interim, they are developing the comedy “Jazz Cops” which would star Rogen and Kevin Hart as 1950s policemen trying to go undercover in the jazz scene.

They’re also finishing up “The Interview,” in production on the raunchy animated comedy “Sausage Party,” and are in pre-production on a Jonathan Levine-directed Christmas comedy.
