DC Entertainment’s multiplayer online battle arena video game “Infinite Crisis” is set to be shut down on August 14th, just a few months after its official launch. Those who purchased the Starter or Elite packs will be able to apply for refunds with the game remaining free-to-play until the closure date.
No reason was given for the closure in a post on the official site where community manager Celestrata says: “We will end development efforts today and will close the service on August 14, 2015… This was an extremely difficult decision to make.”
In news of another DC-related video game, another featurette for Rocksteady’s highly anticipated final game in the “Batman: Arkham” series has arrived. Today’s clip focuses on the ‘Harley Quinn Story Pack’, a DLC pack that comes with practically every pre-order edition of the game.
