Seems that “The Avengers” isn’t the only place we’ll be seeing The Hulk in the near future. Deadline reports that ABC and Marvel TV are in the very early stages of developing a live-action “Hulk” TV series and looking into the possibility of other small screen Marvel adaptations.
No schedule has been laid out for the ‘Hulk’ show, though apparently the companies are aid to be taking their time with developing the properties for television to make sure they get it right.
Other potential comic titles that could become shows include “Heroes for Hire,” “The Eternals,” “Agents of Atlas,” “Alter Ego”, “Moon Knight,” “The Red Hood,” “Ka-Zar,” “Daughters of the Dragon” and a cable series take on “The Punisher”.
The news follows the recently announced new TV series based on “Wonder Woman” which David E. Kelley will produce for Warners Television. Both properties are still most recognised around the world for their 70’s TV series adaptation. Attempts to turn ‘Wonder’ into a franchise have stalled over the years, while two films featuring ‘Hulk’ as the lead character scored mixed reviews and muted box-office.
