Charlie Hunnam (“Sons of Anarchy”) and Margot Robbie (“The Wolf of Wall Street”) are the top choices to star in “The Mountain Between Us” for Fox 2000 and Chernin Entertainment.
Based on a book by Charles Martin, the pair would play two strangers who, after their flight is canceled, charter a small plane together.
When said plane crashes, the pair become stranded in the wilderness. Hany Abu-Assad is directing while Peter Chernin and Jenno Topping are producing.
Hunnam is in talks to star in Guy Ritchie’s “King Arthur” film, while Robbie is currently filming David Yates’ “Tarzan”.
