“Humans” Cancelled After Three Seasons

Humans Cancelled After Three Seasons

“Humans” writer and executive producer Sam Vincent has taken to Twitter to announce that the AMC and Channel 4 sci-fi drama series will not be returning for a fourth season.

“Humans,” which takes place in a parallel universe, centered on humanoid synths (Katherine Parkinson, Gemma Chan, Lucy Carless, Tom Goodman-Hill) and was based on the Swedish sci-fi drama “Real Humans”.

In a statement about the cancellation, Vincent days: “In this age of unprecedented choice and competition, we can have no complaints… We got to make the show we wanted to make, for 24 episodes. The Humans cast and crew were and are the best, and we wouldn’t have got a 2nd season without their talent and dedication, let alone a 3rd.”

Vincent adds he knows they left some threads hanging and one day hopes to get a chance to pick them back up if someone was willing to fund it.
