Hulu, Amblin Television and Warner Bros. Animation have announced a new deal that has seen a two-season pickup of iconic family friendly cartoon franchise “Animaniacs”.
The original “Animaniacs” made its television debut in 1993 and went on to become one of the most popular animated series for children. Steven Spielberg is returning as executive producer of the series alongside Sam Register, Justin Falvey and Darryl Frank.
The new episodes are set to premiere in 2020, but the deal also includes the full 99-episode library of Animaniacs along with the complete “Tiny Toon Adventures,” “Pinky and the Brain” and the latter spin-off “Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain”. All now reside on Hulu and began streaming today.
