Hounsou Set To Kill In “Paradise Lost”

Djimon Hounsou has joined the cast of Alex Proyas’ “Paradise Lost”, an adaptation of the classic 17th Century poem by John Milton at Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures says Variety.

The story follows the fallen angel Lucifer (Bradley Cooper) who, after being cast out of Heaven, mounts an army that battles the forces of good lead by his Archangel brother Michael (Benjamin Walker).

Hounsou will play Abdiel, the Angel of Death. Stuart Hazeldine, Byron Willinger, Philip de Blasi, Lawrence Kasdan and Ryan Condal will produce with shooting to kick off before the year’s out.
