Following the likes of the “VHS” and “ABCs Of Death” films, Epic Pictures Group is assembling its own horror anthology feature project and has hired some top-level genre filmmakers for the job.
“Tales Of Halloween” will collect ten segments from eleven directors into one interconnected series of stories set in a sleepy American suburb terrorised on Halloween night.
The most high profile directors involved are Neil Marshall (“The Descent,” “Game of Thrones”) and Darren Bousman (“Saw II,” “Repo: The Genetic Opera”). Also onboard are the likes of Joe Begos (“Almost Human”), Axelle Carolyn (“Soulmate”), Adam Gierasch (“Night Of The Demons”), Andrew Kasch (“Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy”) and John Skipp (“Stay At Home Dad”), Mike Mendez (“Big Ass Spider!”), Dave Parker (“The Hills Run Red”), Ryan Schifrin (“Abominable”), and Paul Solet (“Grace”).
Axelle Carolyn conceived the project and will produce alongside Mendez, Patrick Ewald and Shaked Berenson. The various segments are set to begin filming in November.
