Fans of Peter Jackson’s “The Hobbit” trilogy adaptation look like they might have to make room in their schedule as Far Away Entertainment has revealed plans for a three-night screening of the extended editions of each film in “The Hobbit” trilogy – the first time they’ve been released on the big screen.
The first film will commence 7:30pm on October 5th and includes an exclusive introduction by director Peter Jackson. Tickets will be regular admission prices for each movie. The other two will each screen on different nights, which dates is not known at this point but it is expected to be in the week of the 5th.
The screenings come one month before the “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies” Extended Edition hits home video on November 3rd. Theatre chains participating in the screenings will be revealed at a later date.
