Millennium Films has announced they are moving forward with a sequel to last year’s action-comedy “The Hitman’s Bodyguard”.
While no script is out, Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. Jackson are believed to be reprising their roles – though that’s not been confirmed as yet. The first film’s director Patrick Hughes and writer Tom O’Conner are also returning.
The new film has both a title, “The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard,” and a tagline which reads: “The Good. The Bad. And the Bats–t cray.” The first movie, which also starred Salma Hayek, earned $177 million from a $30 million budget.
