HBO Sets “Thrones,” “Valley,” “Veep” Premieres

HBO has officially announced the premiere dates for many of its big series in the first third of the year.

The big one of course is epic fantasy drama “Game of Thrones” which will premiere its ten-episode sixth season on April 24th at 9pm. That will immediately be followed the same night by the ten-episode third season of comedy “Silicon Valley” and the ten-episode fifth season of “Veep”.

Long before that though we’ll get the Martin Scorsese, Mick Jagger and Terence Winter produced period music drama “Vinyl”. That new series, starring Bobby Cannavale, is slated to premiere Sunday February 14th.
