Josh Hartnett (“Penny Dreadful”) has joined the cast of the ten-episode drama series “Paradise Lost” for Spectrum, Paramount Network, Paramount Television and Anonymous Content.
“Jane the Virgin” actress Bridget Regan plays a psychiatrist who moves with her family from California to her husband’s (Hartnett) hometown in Mississippi only to uncover shameful secrets that irrevocably change the lives of everyone involved. Barbara Hershey, Nick Nolte, Gail Bean, Danielle Deadwyler and Shane McRae also star.
The series will first air on Charter Communications cable platform Spectrum before its debut on Paramount Network. Rodes Fishburne (“Blood & Oil”) penned and will co-showrun the series alongside Arika Lisanne Mittman as executive producers.
John Lee Hancock (“The Blind Side”) will helm the pilot and will also executive produce alongside David Kanter, Jeff Okin, and Romeo Tirone.
