Woody Harrelson, Tom Waits and Olga Kurylenko have all joined the cast of “In Bruges” helmer Martin McDonagh’s “Seven Psychopaths” for Blueprint Pictures, Film4 and CBS Films says Deadline.
Colin Farrell plays a screenwriter who struggles to find the handle on his script. He soon gets drawn into the dog-napping escapades of his friends (Sam Rockwell, Christopher Walken).
Once the beloved Shih Tzu owned by a psychopathic gangster (Woody Harrelson) goes missing, the scribe finds himself fueled with all the drama he needs if he can stay alive long enough to write it all down.
Harrelson replaces Mickey Rourke who dropped out before he signed a deal and this week publicly derided McDonagh in an interview. Graham Broadbent and Peter Czernin are producing and shooting kicks off this week in Los Angeles.
