More TV promo trailers have gone online this week starting with the second season of SundanceTV’s adaptation of Joe R. Lansdale’s Deep South set swampland-set romp “Hap and Leonard”. James Purefoy and Michael Kenneth Williams return to their roles on March 15th.
Next comes the first promo for HBO’s “Crashing,” the new Judd Apatow-produced comedy starring Pete Holmes as a stand-up comic who faces misfortune and misadventure in love and his career. After discovering his wife in a compromising position with another man, Pete flees to the New York comedy scene and learns hard lessons about life and himself. “Crashing” launches February 19th.
Finally, National Geographic has dropped a new extended look at their new series “Genius” based on Walter Isaacson’s critically acclaimed best-seller “Einstein: His Life and Universe”. Johnny Flynn and Geoffrey Rush play the scientific genius at different ages.
