Guitarist Slash Has “Nothing to Fear”

Former Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash has setup his own production company called Slasher Films and announced his first project – the creature feature “Nothing to Fear”.

In the official announcement, the story is described as a spooky thrill-ride which revolves around a young family who moves into a small town farm house in rural Kansas.

While trying to fit in with the local farmers, they accidentally unleash an ancient demon with an insatiable thirst for blood. Jonathan W.C. Mills penned the script.

No cast or director is yet set, though Slash may make an extended cameo in some form. Production kicks off early next year for a likely release next Halloween.

Slasher Films and Scout Productions are planning to make several edgy thrillers designed along the lines of late 70’s/early 80’s gritty genre films.
