Following the release of the first trailer earlier today, the first two minutes of the upcoming “Ghost in the Shell” live-action film adaptation has gone online.
The clip is very much a recreation of the opening of the original anime. Dubbed the ‘shelling sequence,’ we see how The Major’s robotic body is created. The clip also has the original film’s composer Kenji Kawai using drums to perform the score.
Scarlett Johansson leads an international cast for the new film which opens in March next year.
