Garant To Pen “Tuxedo Gin” Adaptation

Robert Ben Garant has signed onto write an adaptation of the Japanese graphic novel “Tuxedo Gin” at Walt Disney Pictures says Deadline.

Based on Tokihiko Matsuura’s graphic novel, the story follows a young street fighter who is reincarnated as a small penguin due to his lack of karma. He then spends the rest of his days trying to amass enough good deeds to return to his old body and save his girlfriend.

Garant and his “Reno 911!” co-creator Thomas Lennon usually pen scripts together such as the “Night at the Museum” films, this however he will do on his own.
