Sledgehammer Games has posted the first in-game screenshot from the next “Call of Duty” game due out this fall. The game is said to be “next-gen first”. [Source: IGN]
Dragon Age: Inquisition
The cover art and the first gameplay trailer have arrived for BioWare’s “Dragon Age: Inquisition, the third game in the series and the first for the next-gen console era. The game is slated for release on October 7th on PC, PS4, XB1, PS3 and 360. Click here for the cover art.
Two more late last-gen consoles releases could be heading for next-gen consoles – “The Walking Dead: Season One” and “Beyond: Two Souls”. The GameStop website has listed an unannounced version of “The Walking Dead: Game of the Year Edition” for PS4 and a release date of June 17th.
Meanwhile a “Beyond: Two Souls Director’s Cut” edition is rumored to be in development for PS4 and will include a number of deleted scenes. Quantic Dream’s chairman has also been retweeting questions from fans about PS4 versions of both “Heavy Rain” and “Beyond Two Souls” this week. [Source: NeoGaf]
Industry insider ‘Shinobi602’ has tweeted that we’ll get our first real glimpse at the fourth “Uncharted” game at E3. Asked how it will look he says “Great, almost amazing.”
The news comes as actor Todd Stashwick, who did the voice over on the teaser trailer a few months, has revealed his role in the game has been recast. [Source: Gamepur]
Assassin’s Creed: Unity
The upcoming next-gen and PC only title in the series will reportedly feature a four-player narrative co-op mode. The new mode will be showcased alongside a single-player campaign during this year’s E3 conference in California. [Source: Polygon]
