Game News: Creed, Decay, Sharing, Arkham

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag
Ubisoft have released a bunch of new images from the upcoming ‘Creed’ sequel which sports naval combat, deep sea diving and shark attacks. Check out the shots here.

XB1 & PS4
Microsoft and Sony have both talked up how their upcoming systems can record and upload someone’s last few minutes of gameplay to social and video networks.

Just how many minutes of gameplay each system is storing in buffers for immediate upload have now been confirmed by spokespeople for each company. The Xbox One feature, dubbed ‘Project Upload’, will hold five minutes of any currently playing game in the buffer. The Playstation 4 can hold and upload three times that – fifteen minutes of gameplay.

Microsoft also revealed at Comic Con that Kinect will allow you to create a 3D model of your face and body for use in games, and said model will be able to convey your facial reactions on your onscreen avatar in real time.

Australian Classification
Both “Saints Row IV” and “State of Decay” made headlines in Australia for being refused classification recently. Now, ‘Decay’ has been reclassified R18+ after the game maker changed the word ‘stimulants’ to ‘supplements’ in the game.

At the same time, an “Australia exclusive” edition of “Saints Row IV” was screened at the PAX Australia conference last week. That version is expected to undergo a classification review next week. [Source: CNet
