The Last of Us
Naughty Dog’s PS3 exclusive game “The Last of Us” will not only be released digitally the same day as in stores (June 14th), it will be the first title boasting a special feature many thought would be held back until the PS4.

That feature? You’ll be able to start playing the game while you are downloading it. The difference is PS4 games are expected to be playable when only a few per cent of the download has occurred. “Last” will only be playable after at least 50% of the download is complete. [Source: CNet]
