Trailer James Francos Lost Film Zeroville

James Franco’s ‘lost’ feature “Zeroville,” which was shot in 2014 and sold its rights to Alchemy in 2015 before that company went bankrupt, has released a new trailer ahead of its release in cinemas via the myCinema digital content distribution system on September 20th.

Franco both helms and stars in the comedy based on Steve Erickson’s novel about a young actor who dreams of superstardom and arrives in Hollywood in 1969 during a transitional time. Seth Rogen, Megan Fox, Joey King, Will Ferrell, Dave Franco, Danny McBride, and Jacki Weaver also star.

myCinema delivers films over the internet which individual theaters can then license for any number of weeks of play, but it is only currently available at 500 screens throughout the U.S. and Canada.
