Disney’s “Frozen” sequel hit short-term tracking today and is set to debut to $100 million or more when it hits cinemas on November 22nd on the pre-Thanksgiving weekend.
No animated film outside of summer has ever opened to $100M over three days, even over the Thanksgiving five-day holiday. The first film had the best Thanksgiving five-day opening of all time with $93.5 million before ultimately racking up $1.27 billion globally.
