Freeform Cancels Its “Beyond” Series

Freeform has cancelled the series “Beyond” after two seasons, one week after the second season finale aired. The series lost 50% of its viewers in its second season with just 244,000 viewers tuning in per episode.

The one-hour drama followed a young man who wakes up from a coma after 12 years and discovers new supernatural abilities that propel him into the middle of a dangerous conspiracy.

Burkely Duffield, Dilan Gwyn, Jordan Calloway, Jonathan Whitesell, Michael McGrady, Romy Rosemont, Jeff Pierre, and Eden Brolin co-starred while Adam Nussdorf served as showrunner.
