Foresight Gets Hangman & Metamorphosis

Foresight Unlimited has boarded the $15-20 million serial killer thriller “Hangman” reports Screen Daily.

Hangman centres on a female investigator who must solve riddles before a psychopath dismembers his victims. Harold Becker directs with a late 2007 shoot scheduled.

The company has also picked up the $9 million Franz Kafka adaptation “Metamorphosis” starring Daniel Bruhl, Anna Paquin and Stephen Rea.

Limor Diamant wrote and directs the story which weaves together the celebrated tale of a man who transforms into a giant bug with a parallel account of Kafka’s heartbreaking writing process.

A European shoot has been set for the summer.
