Following yesterday’s poster reveal for “Logan,” the new Wolverine film which stars Hugh Jackman in his final appearance in the role, director James Mangold has taken to Twitter to drop another first.
The new film is set in the future with both Hugh Jackman and Patrick Stewart playing older versions of Wolverine and Professor X respectively. Jackman’s older look is still under wraps for now beyond some set photos showing off old age make-up.
Mangold shared a photo today of Sir Patrick Stewart in his old age make-up, playing a much more elderly version of Professor Charles Xavier with this one struggling with dementia. It has been suggested this may be the first of a series of black and white Logan character portraits.
