A few months back came word that Sony Pictures had begun work on a new live-action and computer generated hybrid film adapted from Beatrix Potter’s classic character “Peter Rabbit”.
James Corden voices the bunny in the film and today the first photo is out showing the updated version of the character in his animated form. This modern version of the books will deal with the rivalry between mischievous young hopper Peter Rabbit and Mr. McGregor (Domhnall Gleeson) – a farmer trying to keep a rabbit-free garden.
Daisy Ridley, Rose Byrne and Elizabeth Debicki are also onboard the project to be directed by “Annie” remake helmer Will Gluck from a script by Rob Lieber. The film hits cinemas April 2018.
