First Photo: Josh Brolin On “Infinity War” Set

Joe and Anthony Russo’s “Avengers Infinity War” is still almost two years away, but production on the epic superhero film is about to shift into gear with the pair posting up the first photo from rehearsals on the production today.

The brothers posted a Facebook photo that shows Josh Brolin in motion-capture gear as galactic villain Thanos. Brolin first played Thanos in 2014’s “Guardians of the Galaxy” and was also teased in “Avengers Age of Ultron.” The character will appear in both “Infinity War” and its untitled sequel.

“Avengers Infinity War” officially begins shooting in November and will be released May 4th 2018.
