The first photo has been released of former “Mad Men” actor Jon Hamm in “Good Omens,” the upcoming six-episode event series adaptation of Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett’s fantasy novel.
Hamm plays the angel Gabriel in the screen take which will reportedly have a more prominent arc in the series, using ideas Gaiman and Pratchett had for a sequel to the book that never happened.
Michael Sheen and David Tennant lead the cast of “Good Omens” which also includes Jack Whitehall, Michael McKean, Miranda Richardson and Adria Arjona. The series hits Amazon Video worldwide and the BBC in the UK in 2019.
